10,000 units per design (same size, colour and print): this is the minimum production run. Want to split it across sizes or colours? Mention it in the request notes and we'll confirm the terms.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We only work with businesses and professionals. Orders are invoiced to the company.
How much do the bags cost?
It depends on the size, material, thickness, quantity and number of print colours. That's why we don't show fixed prices: customise your bag, create a request and get a tailored quote within 24 business hours, with no commitment. Simple rule: the larger the quantity, the lower the price per bag.
How long does it take?
We reply with a quote within 24 business hours. Once you accept it, we send the digital proof; once the proof is approved, we start production. Production and delivery time depend on quantity and shipping, and are set out in the quote. Have a deadline? Tell us in the request notes.
Can I see the result before production?
Yes. You always receive a free digital proof with your logo at actual size, and we only produce after your approval. Want to see the material in person? Ask us on WhatsApp whether samples are available.
What file do I need for the logo?
To see the mockup in the configurator, upload a PNG with a transparent background, SVG, JPG or WEBP. For production we need the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS): send it via WhatsApp or email after creating your request. Only have a JPG? Send it anyway: we'll prepare the final artwork and confirm it with you in the digital proof.
Are these the "Shein bags"?
It's that type of bag: frosted translucent film with a slider zip, widely used by online fashion stores. The difference is that it carries YOUR brand, in the colour and size you choose. We have no connection whatsoever with Shein.
Can they be used for posting?
They are product packaging bags: each item goes in its own bag, and the whole order ships in a box or a mailer bag. You can also use them on their own for courier deliveries or in-store. Tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best combination.
Do you deliver across the EU?
Yes. We deliver to every country in the European Union, including Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira) and Spain (mainland and the Balearics).
Are the bags recyclable?
They are made of polyethylene (PE-LD, code 4), a plastic accepted in separate collection of packaging: the yellow recycling bin in Portugal, the yellow container in Spain. Actual recycling depends on collection and sorting in each country.
Can I print in colour or on both sides?
Yes. The standard is 1 ink colour per side, front only or front and back. Multi-colour logos are also possible, but are quoted separately: mention it in the request notes.
